We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return your item, please review the following policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and still in their original packaging.

• Installed or used items are not eligible for return under any circumstance, due to the nature of our products and quality assurance standards.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• All returns must be authorized prior to sending—please contact us to begin the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges). Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
